DESCRIPTION

LOCATION
Lower Milovaig is a loop road located within the growing community of Glendale situated on the west coast of the island. The village of Glendale has its own village shop and post office, a primary school and a recently completed Community Centre. Dunvegan the nearest main village is some 9 miles away and enhanced facilities are available in Portree, the Islands capital, some 30 miles east. Secondary schooling is available in Portree and a school bus service operates.

SITE B - Full planning permission was granted 1st June 2009 for the erection of a 1 ½ storey dwelling house and is valid 5 years from this date. The accommodation within would comprise:- ground floor – entrance porch, W.C, kitchen/dining room, sitting room, lounge area, bathroom and double bedroom. On the upper floor would be a gallery style landing with a row of velux windows providing sea views, 2 double bedrooms and shower room. Full plans can be made available to interested parties. It may be possible to change the existing plans if required however interested parties should discuss this direct with The Highland council planning Department, The Green, Portree, (T) 01478 612412.

SITE C- Outline planning permission was granted 26th September 2007 for the erection of a dwelling house and is valid 3 years from this date.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
Proceed into the village of Glendale past the village shop and café on the right hand side and follow the signs for Milovaig. Lower Milovaig is clearly signposted up the hill, off to the left hand side. Follow this road until you start to proceed down the hill (towards the sea) and you see a road off to the left hand side. Follow this road until the ‘dead end’. Up to the left hand side (just after the last house on the left) you will see a partly formed track which leads up towards the sites.

Mains electricity and water are close by. It should be noted that a mains water connection of Plot B has been granted and paid for by the seller. Drainage is to be by way of septic tank.
