DESCRIPTION
Occupying a pretty roadside location with stunning elevated views across Uig Bay and out to sea the subjects for sale comprise of a total renovation/development project. The property comprises of a block of 2 houses built at different times and of different materials. The first house being built of stone sometime around the late 1800s and the second more recent property was added to it circa. 1930s and this was of poured concrete construction. LOCATION
Idrigill forms part of the village of Uig situated on the north of the Island. Uig has good local services and is a popular place to live. Local services include a village shop and post office, hotels, petrol station, café, pub and primary school. Uig is also the main ferry terminus connecting Skye to the Outer Hebrides. The Island’s capital Portree is some 15 miles to the south and offers enhanced facilities.
