The head office of this successful business is located in the same high profile premises it has occupied for over 30 years and is situated on the main road leading into Portree’s famous Somerled Square. We also have a second dedicated office in the Main Street at Kyle of Lochalsh. Over the years the business has grown and we a re very proud to be the biggest estate agency in the area! Our window displays are bright and attractive and in the Summer months it is unusual to pass either office during the day and not see people browsing our windows indulging their dream of moving to the Islands and Highlands of Scotland sometime in the future. Many of them do of course make that move and we do our utmost to help them find the home of their dreams. We understand the differences between the English and Scottish legal systems and also have a very necessary understanding of Crofting Law which is obviously invaluable in this part of the world. We are also very proud of our web site which is easy to find, easy to access and has full details of all our properties as the majority of purchasers find their property via the internet. Our site is updated daily so there are no delays on new properties coming on or any information being added.

Over the years the business has grown to be the biggest estate agency in the area. The agency is managed by Ian Drury, who is based in the Portree Office along with Alison Jagger. The Team is completed by Linda Yates who is based in the Kyle Office. The Team is committed to providing the best possible service to all our customers. We have a variety of experience – some born and bred on Skye and others who have fulfilled their dreams of moving to Skye – and can offer a valuable insight into the process of buying and building in the area we serve.
