Alder Cottage is a delightful single storey cottage set in its own private garden grounds in a tranquil Highland setting in the crofting township of Nostie, which is ideally located for the amenities and facilities the area has to offer.  Once a traditional croft house, the property has undergone renovation and upgrade works over the years, including an extension which has completely transformed the property to offer bright accommodation, with the ample windows allowing lots of natural light along with amazing views of the lovely garden, hills and mountains. The property benefits from Upvc double glazing and electric heating along with a feature open fireplace, made from local Applecross stone.  Internally the accommodation comprises: vestibule, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom, utility and 2 bedrooms. Externally and set within the generous garden grounds is a large stone byre that has also been upgraded and, although currently used as a games room, offers great flexibility of use due to the size.
