  • The area on the plan which has been crossed through is decrofted and not included in the sale.
  • There is a static caravan on site for which no current planning permission exists. Elgol is an extremely popular village on the shores of Loch Scavaig towards the end of the Strathaird peninsula on the Isle of Skye. This picturesque village boasts a good community spirit with the Community Hall offering functions that are well attended. The stunning view of the Cuillin mountains from the shore make Elgol a popular destination with tourists and locals alike. The village is also a terminal for two privately owned boat trips to Loch Coruisk and the Small Isles along with two coffee shops and a restaurant.

From the A87 in Broadford, take the B8083 to Elgol. Follow the road approx. 15 miles to Elgol village and the croft can be found on the left & right of the road (indicated by the caravan which is located on the right and the large layby on the left) before the road starts to slope steeply downwards towards the shore.
