Location

Lower Breakish is a picturesque crofting community located in the South of the Isle of Skye and is conveniently located for access to the Skye Bridge and the mainland. Just a couple of miles away is the busy village of Broadford where many facilities are on offer including a supermarket, GP surgery, hospital, bars, cafes and hotels. Breakish has a popular village hall where regular community events take place. The beautiful sandy beach at Ashaig is within easy walking distance. Many other local walking routes are nearby and for the keen climber the location is within easy reach of the famous Cuillin mountain range.

Directions

From the A87 (coming from Skye Bridge direction) take the last right turn into Lower Breakish (the one after you have passed the Misty Bottle Gin Shop on the right). Follow the road for approx. 400m and the Cottage can be found on the left hand side down the gravel drive.
