Offers over £335000 are invited

Laurel Bank is an exceptional four bedroom detached period property thought to date back to the late 1800’s situated in an elevated position offering wonderful sea views across Uig bay. The property sits within large well maintained private garden grounds extending to approximately 0.5 acres or thereby (to be confirmed by title deeds).

Laurel Bank is an impressive Victorian property which has been lovingly renovated and maintained by the current owners. The property has retained much of it’s original character and charm and boasts many fine features of it’s era such as high ceilings, cast iron fireplaces, solid wooden floors and deep window sills. The current owners have sympathetically restored and renovated the steading to provide additional accommodation and have created a lovely modern annex with many original features.

The beautifully proportioned accommodation within is spread over two floors. The lower level consists of an entrance porch, hallway, sitting room, formal dining room, kitchen and inner hall. The grand staircase leads to a large split level landing with access to three en-suite bedrooms and W.C. The adjoining annex hosts a large and bright entrance hall, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor with stairs leading off to the loft room on the first floor.

Externally the property has beautiful private garden grounds with tarmac driveway which leads to a gravel parking area. There is also several outbuildings including a car port within the grounds providing additional storage. The well presented garden grounds host several trees along with well established shrubs and bushes and flower beds.

Laurel Bank provides a rare and exciting opportunity to purchase a unique property offering well proportioned accommodation for any family or could equally be used as an exceptional Bed and Breakfast in a prime location. Must be viewed to appreciate character and charm of this special property.
