Plot 1, Stromeferry

Offers in the region of £60000 are invited

Plot 1 presents a unique opportunity to acquire a building plot located in the popular village of Stromeferry, located on the South shore of Loch Carron.

The site extends to approx. 0.33 acres (to be confirmed by title deeds) and is located off the township road. The plot has full planning permission for the erection of a dwelling house. Mains electricity is believed to be in situ and water is close by. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm this and to ensure that services will meet their requirements. An access road is in place off the township road down to the house site.

Work was started under a previous planning permission and this is evidenced by the existing foundations. These would need to be removed for commencement of building under the current planning permission due to the approved house design.

Plot 1 Stromeferry is at great advantage with regard to services and access and provides an opportunity to create a lovely family dwelling or holiday home/letting property in this peaceful location.

Planning permission:

Planning permission  has been granted for the erection of a dwelling house. Full details are available on request. Planning was granted in June 2019 and is valid for 3 years. The building warrant was approved in December 2019. All documents can be viewed on the Highland Council Website; the planning reference is 19/01778/FUL and the building warrant reference is 19/01706/DOM2.  Interested parties may also wish to contact planning direct at Dingwall office. Telephone 01349 886608.

Google maps has not been updated since the partially built structure on the neighbouring plot (to the left of Plot 1) was dismantled.
