Location

Point piper is situated on the Duirinish Peninsular just under 3 miles from Dunvegan in North West Skye. It offers you loch and headland views, and a peaceful feel. You can enjoy views to the outer isles and you are just a short drive to the Coral Beaches. Two miles from the world famous Dunvegan castle and gardens and 22 miles from Portree on the Dunvegan road. Dunvegan itself is a lovely village with several shops including a grocery shop, filling station, several cafe's, a post office, bakeries (inlcuding Skye's oldest bakery)several restaurants and public houses and a primary school.

Directions

From the South: Once you cross over the Skye Bridge, take the right hand exit on the roundabout and follow the A87, signed for Portree, for 23.5 miles. At Sligachan, take the left turn onto the A863, signed for Dunvegan, follow this to Dunvegan. Drive through the town until you come to a Y junction signposted for Portree and Dunvegan Castle / Coral Beach. Turn left torwards Dunvegan Castle and follow the road past the castle. The road becomes single track and takes you past two fresh water lochs. Point Piper is the first house on your left hand side.
